As soon as I opened the jar I knew I was in for a treat. This stuff is so savory and delicious you can use it on every kind of meat that I am aware of. I covered a pork roast with this after 3+ hours of smoking, continued smoking for another hour or two. It dried up and made this stuff even better. The hot has some kick to it, but I love spicy food and I want to try the spicier version.

We add a little bit of this to sauteed vegetables as they cook and it always turns out amazing. Spicy and flavorful. Will be buying more and highly recommend!

I have celiac and have been looking for a gluten-free chili oil to replace my favorite Japanese brand, which has wheat. Most others I've tried are too spicy, too onion-y, or not flavorful enough. This one is just right! In fact, I think it's even better than my old fave. Wonderful flavor, just enough heat but not overwhelming, truly goes with everything. Thank you, Jungle Kitchen!!

Delicious and high quality, making it worth every penny. And if you're someone like me, who doesn't like things super hot, this jar is going to last a long time. Do yourself a favor and stir fry cabbage with it - a bit of olive oil in a pan, cook half of a chopped green cabbage on medium-high heat until the edges brown, and then add about 1/2 -1 teaspoon of this and cook a little more so it caramelizes.
